The story begins in San Carlos California: Tullio Rosano, Acqua Pazza Founder and Locanda Positano Restaurant General Manager
decided to take another course within the food industry. His dream was to open his own catering business
delivering the highest level of catering with a unique presentation of the most authentic Italian food.
Tullio was born in Naples, Italy, where he learned everything about Italian cuisine from his mother, Mamma Carmela.
He moved to the U.S. in 2000 to try new opportunities. His charisma and cooking skills delighted people with the best Italian food.
After working in restaurants for many years, he decided to apply all his knowledge towards his own business idea.
Antonella was born in Lima, Peru, and moved to California to pursue her professional career.
In 2013, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Marketing from San Francisco State University.
As an event specialist, she decided to partnered with Tullio and started her dream of owning her exclusive catering business.
Over the years, she has worked in all aspects of the industry; for private employers, clubs, hotels, and restaurants.
Currently, she works for a prestigious catering company achieving numerous high profile events with tremendous success.
She is passionate about her profession and driven to succeed in the event industry.
